John Willis wrote an interesting post regarding cloud computing (sometimes also referred to utility computing) on his ESM blog.

In the post, John gives his take on the current state of cloud computing and some of the myths surrounding it. The meat of the post deals with his view on the different variations of cloud computing, some of the players involved, and their relationship to each other.

I haven’t fully digested the ideas presented, but I plan on following up with a post once I have. I would recommend checking it out.
